Expectations for Your Role

In this position, you will oversee the operations of multiple store locations, coordinating activities and enhancing the skills of management staff.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to financial controls, operational metrics, and company policies, while fostering a positive dining experience for our patrons.

Additionally, you will represent the organization in community engagements and support initiatives led by the Director of Area Operations.

Qualifications
  • A college degree and 3-4 years of experience as a Regional Operations Leader in the restaurant sector, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

  • Proven leadership and management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
