As a Senior Associate in Digital Media Client Strategy, you will be instrumental in comprehending a client's objectives and business landscape. Your role will involve crafting tailored integrated media marketing strategies and executing campaigns across diverse channels (both Digital and Traditional) to drive measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage media partnerships, and contribute to impactful projects that significantly influence our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively translate complex data into clear narratives that resonate with clients.
  • Gain insights into the client's business by examining their industry, target demographics, competitors, and unique selling propositions.
  • Establish clear and quantifiable digital marketing goals in partnership with the client and PMG analytics teams.
  • Design personalized media marketing strategies that integrate various paid digital channels complemented by traditional methods where relevant.
  • Identify optimal media platforms and channels tailored to the client's target audience and objectives.
  • Oversee media campaigns comprehensively, track performance, and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess performance results, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Work closely with the client's internal media teams to shape and advance the strategic direction of their advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with core business goals and market dynamics.
  • Act as a key liaison among creative teams, clients, and media departments, fostering collaboration that enhances campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and streamline workflows, data management, and cross-functional team interactions, including client relations and creative partnerships, to ensure project success and team efficiency.
  • Assist in project management tasks, such as developing project schedules and managing team priorities.
  • Collaborate with channel leaders to formulate and implement a top-tier strategy that meets and surpasses client expectations.
  • Facilitate discussions with various client partners, addressing their inquiries with confidence.
  • Manage billing processes, ensuring accurate media accruals and financial responsibility across client accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital media strategy or similar fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive in setting agendas for teams and clients.
  • Ability to create coherent presentations (e.g., QBR) with minimal external input.
  • Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in G-slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote.
  • Self-driven and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
