Your Role:
We are in search of a remarkable hands-on Senior Client Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing significant accounts with potential revenues exceeding $50MM.
  • Meeting financial targets and key performance indicators for your accounts.
  • Creating a comprehensive account strategy that outlines necessary relationships, opportunities to pursue, expected revenues, and potential challenges.
  • Enhancing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention, while identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively driving Digital Services Engagements into new business areas through networking, cold outreach, and other lead generation methods.
  • Promoting the full range of services offered to clients.
  • Conducting quarterly Business Reviews to assess client satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with the account delivery team to manage farming activities effectively.
  • Preparing and negotiating complex proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts, as well as overseeing the sales negotiation process at the decision-making level.

Collaboration:
Work closely with Delivery and Technology teams to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently.
