Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, and that any issues or defects are promptly addressed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Proficient in project management software, including Bluebeam Revu and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate.
Preferred Requirements
  • Project Management Administration Software: Experience with ProCore or similar software.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
