Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to assist in preliminary budgets, drafting, estimating, coordination, and maintenance of our Estimating system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, plan, coordinate, and control all assigned projects within budget.
  • Complete all project documents and reports in an accurate, complete, and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as government and safety regulations.
  • Direct and supervise activities of each project to achieve performance for quantity and quality of work.
  • Promote the company image through sound and ethical business practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager.
  • Education: High School education with trade or college construction management schooling.
  • Preferred Education: College degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
  • Knowledge of fabrication and installation of structures, as well as proficiency in business software applications.
