Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BCI Construction INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including managing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with construction management software, such as ProCore.
