Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BCI Construction INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records, including documentation, reports, and communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Project Management Administration Software experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
