Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BCI Construction INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and prices.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success and future business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software, including PDF Suite and advanced financial management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Project Management Administration Software experience, such as ProCore.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
