About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at BCI Construction Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preliminary budgets, drafting, estimating, coordination, and maintenance of the Estimating system
  • Meet minutes and job communication
  • Work with Architects, Owners, Inspectors, and Subcontractors to meet specifications, code requirements, and customer needs
  • Prepare job schedules prior to the start of each project to complete the job on time and to specification
  • Manage, plan, coordinate, and control all assigned projects within budget
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience as an Estimator or Project Manager
  • Education: High School education with trade or college construction management schooling
  • Preferred Education: College degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering
  • Knowledge of fabrication and installation of structures to have a good understanding of customer needs and structure capabilities
  • Proficient in business software applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.)
