Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at BCI Construction, Inc. in central Minnesota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Actively collaborate and direct project teams to determine and define the scope of work and deliverables for each project.
* Build and manage project budgets, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated effectively.
* Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements that meet the scope of work and budget.
* Develop and manage client relationships to ensure that our corporate goals are met.

Requirements

* Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or similar experience/skill sets.
* Strong knowledge in PDF Suite such as Bluebeam Revu and relevant experience working inside of an advanced financial management software.
* Ability to quickly learn take-off software and Database programs such as On-Screen Takeoff by On Center Software and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate.

Preferred Requirements

* Project Management Administration Software experience such as ProCore.
* Proficient Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project.

Work Environment

* Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
