Pre-Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at BCI Construction, Inc. in central Minnesota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in preliminary budgets, drafting, estimating, coordination, and maintaining of the estimating system, meeting minutes and job communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and estimates
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate and complete project records
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Direct and supervise project activities to achieve performance goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager
  • High school education with trade or college construction management schooling
  • Knowledge of fabrication and installation of structures
  • Proficiency in business software applications
Preferred Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering
