Job Overview

Care Dynamics, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves performing a variety of essential tasks within a legal office environment, including document preparation, scanning, quality checks, and box preparation.

About the Role

This project is expected to run until July 2025, with the possibility of extension. As a Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist, you will be responsible for operating high-volume duplicating equipment, performing binding, finishing, and scanning tasks, and ensuring proper maintenance of copiers and other office equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sensitive and time-sensitive legal documents with the utmost confidentiality and care
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage
  • Perform various office support functions such as shipping/receiving, supply distribution, and meeting room setups
  • Provide exceptional customer service to legal professionals including secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys
  • Perform file services, including archiving, scanning, and file conversions (such as OCR for keyword searches)
  • Assist with managing project logistics and providing professional support to executive-level clients
  • Ensure workspace areas are clean and well-organized
  • Occasionally work overtime or weekends based on project needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the legal industry is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with executive-level clients
  • Working knowledge of copiers and related office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic electronics knowledge and experience with document management hardware/software
  • Valid drivers license may be required for inter-office travel
