Job Title: Field Service Automation Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Field Service Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and service of manufacturing automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client sites to perform installation and service of automated systems
  • Deploy and maintain automated systems for material handling processes
  • Oversee the complete installation lifecycle of equipment at client facilities
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support and conduct training sessions for service engineers and clients
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with layout drawings and blueprints used in the installation of equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Ability to analyze and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Proficient in trouble shooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Experience performing maintenance programming of PLC's (Programmable Logic Controller)
Travel:

Extensive travel is required on a weekly basis and may require a weekend stay to client sites.
