The sales division is currently seeking a technically proficient Territory Sales / Project Management expert to cover the Hawaiian market.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships throughout the Hawaiian islands. This is an exceptional opportunity to expand the business within the territory as the exclusive PHA (plumbing, heating, and air) sales representative in the region.

The role involves a highly consultative sales approach targeting mechanical contractors, engineers, and property owners. Your responsibilities will include both remote and fieldwork aimed at securing new projects while ensuring their successful completion. Daily activities may range from engaging with business leaders in a conference room to inspecting commercial projects on-site with developers. Collaboration with inside sales, engineering, and other support teams will be essential to fulfill customer needs.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients through social events such as happy hours, lunches/dinners, and sporting events on a few occasions each week.

Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess territory sales experience within the industrial manufacturing or construction sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-10 years of B2B industrial territory sales experience
  • Experience with a manufacturer or construction company is preferred
  • Enjoys networking and building relationships with clients
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Must reside in Hawaii and be willing to travel across the Hawaiian islands to meet clients

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Starting salary range of $80-105K based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure and bonus program
