Key Responsibilities:

As the Retail Sales Manager, your role will involve:

  • Assisting the Director of Retail Sales in achieving financial targets.
  • Analyzing sales and revenue data to forecast sales and assess profitability.
  • Preparing bids and proposals for prospective clients and engaging in negotiations as necessary.
  • Staying informed about market trends to refine marketing strategies and meet sales objectives.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Retail Sales Team to achieve their targets.
  • Addressing customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring comprehensive understanding of all store communications, including product details and promotional initiatives.
  • Utilizing customer portals to remain updated on new offerings and promotions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new products and develop execution strategies.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or 5 years of retail sales experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Familiarity with customer portals.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in sales and customer service, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of management best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible hours.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Full-Time position.
