POSITION SUMMARY

This role focuses on the Los Angeles / Hawaii market, where the selected candidate will be tasked with achieving and surpassing sales objectives while fostering new and existing relationships with financial advisors.

  • Establish and nurture profitable, effective partnerships with financial advisors within the designated territory to enhance sales and market presence.
  • Oversee client interactions primarily through in-person meetings across the territory, supplemented by telephone and email correspondence. Utilize strategic scheduling and calendar management to optimize client engagement and align activities with territory priorities.
  • Formulate and execute business strategies for the territory, incorporating activity-driven objectives to steer daily operations and monitor progress against targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales representatives to further develop established territories.
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Global Atlantic's offerings to financial advisors.
  • Exhibit proficient use of client and territory management systems.
  • Capitalize on and enhance relationships with key influencers within the territory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Ability to drive performance goals to successful completion.
  • Expertise in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement planning, and relationship management.
  • Responsible, diligent, and self-driven.
  • Develop a strategic approach within the territory, including crafting business plans focused on target firms and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Capable of delivering impactful presentations, seminars, workshops, and meetings to both current and prospective brokers.
  • Adaptable with a readiness to embrace and manage change.
  • Willingness to quickly acquire knowledge of product lines, processes, and workflows.
  • Must secure and maintain all relevant State Licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Lines of Authority. Additionally, the following licenses are required: Series 7, Series 63, and all necessary non-resident state licenses for the territory.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in financial services sales is preferred.
