POSITION SUMMARY

Global Atlantic Financial Group, Inc. presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic professional eager to advance their career as a Regional Vice President in the Los Angeles / Hawaii region. This role is pivotal in achieving and surpassing sales objectives while fostering new and nurturing existing partnerships with financial advisors. It is a sales-focused position offering a competitive base salary along with monthly commissions based on sales performance in the designated territory.

  • Establish and cultivate profitable, productive partnerships with financial advisors within the assigned region to significantly enhance sales and market presence.
  • Manage client interactions primarily through in-person meetings across the territory, supplemented by phone and email communications. Utilize strategic scheduling and calendar management to optimize client engagement and ensure alignment with territory priorities.
  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans for the territory with activity-driven objectives to steer daily priorities and monitor progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales representatives to further develop already established territories.
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Global Atlantic products to financial advisors.
  • Exhibit effective utilization of client and territory management tools.
  • Leverage and optimize relationships with key influencers within the territory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Ability to drive performance objectives to successful completion.
  • Expertise in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement planning, and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and conscientious individual.
  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the territory, including targeted business plans focused on key firms and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Capability to create and deliver impactful presentations, seminars, workshops, and meetings for current and prospective brokers.
  • Adaptability and openness to accept, initiate, and manage change effectively.
  • Willingness to quickly acquire knowledge of product lines, processes, and workflows.
  • Must obtain and maintain all relevant State Licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Lines of Authority. Additionally, the following licenses are required: Series 7, Series 63, and all necessary non-resident state licenses for the territory.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in financial services sales is preferred.
