Sales Territory Manager

The sales division is currently seeking a technically adept Territory Sales / Project Management professional for the Hawaiian market.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining business relationships throughout the Hawaiian islands. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to expand business within the territory as the exclusive plumbing, heating, and air sales representative in the region.
The sales approach is highly consultative, targeting mechanical contractors, engineers, and property owners. Your responsibilities will encompass both remote and field activities aimed at securing new projects within your territory while ensuring the successful completion of each initiative. Daily tasks may involve engaging with business leaders in meetings or conducting site visits to assess commercial projects alongside developers. Collaboration with inside sales, engineering, and other support teams will be essential to fulfill customer needs.
Additionally, you will have the chance to entertain clients through social gatherings such as happy hours, lunches/dinners, and sporting events a couple of times each week.
You will receive ample training and resources to ensure success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess experience in territory sales within the industrial manufacturing or construction sectors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-10 years of B2B industrial territory sales experience
- Experience with a manufacturer or construction company is preferred
- Enjoys networking and building relationships with clients
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Must reside in Hawaii and be willing to travel across the Hawaiian islands to meet clients
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Starting salary of $80-105K based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure and bonus program
