We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Apopka, FL headquarters office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers, maximizing profitability, identifying new leads, educating prospects, and attracting new long-term accounts in assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to assess customer needs and recommend the appropriate combustion equipment systems, services, parts, and accessories.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer base in sales territory via phone, virtual meetings, email, and Salesforce.com CRM tool.
  • Provide quotes to customers for products/services and input orders into SAP software.
  • Makes regularly scheduled sales calls in assigned territory to existing accounts as required.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Identify new target accounts and execute plans to convert into customers.
  • Coordinate with adjacent departments to resolve customer problems, disputes, or any issues of significant concern in a timely manner.
  • Strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Our ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of previous sales experience. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is a plus. The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization.
