We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Worth AI. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and fueling the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales development representative or similar role, preferably in the computer software industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to engage with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by conducting needs analysis and evaluating their fit for Worth AI's products and services.
  • Effectively communicate Worth AI's value proposition and offerings to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Worth AI in the market.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales development representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools.
  • Understanding of AI and its applications in the business world.
  • Prior experience in lead generation.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and have a persistent and resilient approach to generating leads.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets and goals.
  • Proactive and resourceful in finding potential clients and opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
