Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Orlando market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and employeesConduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our productsProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales processCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordinationStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making

Your Requirements:

Proven track record of success in outside salesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environmentExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyValid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person & remote (hybrid).
