Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and generating new business.

About the Role:

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads through Salesforce
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate your own leads
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with potential clients
  • Schedule product demonstrations and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Track productivity daily in Salesforce and multitask to prioritize large lists of leads

Requirements:

  • Phone-based sales experience and ability to exceed targets

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per year, with uncapped commission on top of salary. Additional benefits include one month of fully paid induction training, ongoing training opportunities, and a fun, high-performance culture.
