About the Role

Inizio Engage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Regional Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives
  • Develop and execute district strategy to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Work closely with sales representatives to coach and counsel on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities
  • Monitor sales trends, activity, and market share to ensure optimal resource utilization and maximum impact on prescribing providers
  • Drive call plan adherence and execution to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team in terms of work ethic, culture, and business ethics
  • Assess competitive threats and take appropriate action to maintain market share
  • Aid in the design of business plans, employee development plans, and monthly reports as required
  • Organize employee training, conferences, and district meetings to promote knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Communicate regularly with key sales leadership to update on project performance, gain feedback, and build relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work-related experience
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Industry, with a proven ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on set objectives
  • Ability to influence team member activities and lead a team to achieve sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including product launch experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using sales and call reporting data
  • Professional, proactive demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
  • Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
  • Valid Driver's License and computer/iPad proficiency
