Our specialists are dedicated to providing a warm and respectful experience for our customers, embodying the principles of delivering an exceptional customer journey. You will be adept with technology, capable of managing multiple tasks, and possess strong interpersonal skills, making you a valuable team player committed to high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
- Process payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate delivery schedules that are convenient for customers while adhering to company protocols.
- Maintain oversight of open orders and communicate their status to customers in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the security of cash and other financial instruments, preparing daily deposits in line with company policies.
- Generate daily reports as required by the company.
- Support the Office Manager as needed.
- Assist with showroom displays, tagging, and other tasks to uphold a welcoming environment in accordance with Bob's Discount Furniture standards.
