Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
  • Process payments to the appropriate accounts.
  • Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules that are convenient for customers while adhering to company protocols.
  • Maintain oversight of open orders and communicate their status to customers in a friendly manner.
  • Ensure the security of cash and other financial instruments, preparing daily deposits in line with company policies.
  • Generate daily reports as required by the company.
  • Support the Office Manager as needed.
  • Assist with showroom displays, tagging, and other tasks to uphold a welcoming environment in accordance with Bob's Discount Furniture standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Strong skills in cash handling.
  • Excellent verbal and listening abilities.
