Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer requests, reviewing and interpreting customer specifications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Request Management
    • Manage customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of electronic communication
    • Respond to customer concerns and coordinate with other departments as necessary
  • Customer Specification Review
    • Review and interpret customer specifications, applications, and terms and conditions with assistance from multiple departments
  • Customer Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
