We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Software Investment Associate to join our team at K1. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for identifying new flagship investments in B2B software by prospecting and driving relationships with executives across numerous vertical and horizontal technologies.

Key responsibilities include managing and driving strategic M&A opportunities for existing portfolio companies, developing and executing on investment theses within enterprise software, conducting proprietary market research within enterprise software, expanding K1's relationship network with key industry contacts, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this position include demonstrated leadership ability, initiative, professional ambition, team orientation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent analytical and communications capabilities, organizational discipline, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $85,000 plus a bonus structure. Benefits include unlimited PTO, 401(k) plans & profit sharing, company outings, volunteer opportunities, and an electric vehicle stipend.
