Regional Business Development Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team-based selling model.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster customer relationships and manage deliveries
- Develop new business opportunities through market intelligence databases, business directories, and lead generation
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers
- Collect accounts receivable and negotiate payment terms
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Foodservice industry or culinary experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $95,000, based on relevant experience and education. In addition to base pay, this role also receives incentive compensation and benefits, including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
