Sales Account Executive

Position Overview:
- Engages in marketing and selling of products or services to existing clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains a friendly, approachable, and reliable demeanor during phone interactions.
- Develops and submits proposals and quotations.
- Responds to customer queries effectively.
- Investigates new product inquiries and processes orders.
- Negotiates terms and availability with suppliers.
- Acts as a bridge between the external sales team and customer support.
- Monitors and compiles reports on leads and sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Persuasive skills.
- Negotiation expertise.
- Customer service orientation.
- Social awareness.
