Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team at Kansas City Standard. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our senior account management team, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue generation efforts through our business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers in building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Participate in sales presentations and meetings with clients to showcase our clients' products and services, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points.
- Help develop sales strategies and proposals to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the sales and business development field, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in sales, account management, or business development a plus.
