In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within your assigned territories by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively. Collaboration with Physician Account Executives is crucial to our cooperative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct ongoing business reviews to assess service, logistics, and supply needs of accounts.
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
3. Identify and pursue growth opportunities within Key Accounts.
4. Collaborate with Physician Account Executives to address account-specific service challenges.
5. Work with the Customer Solutions Group to prioritize and resolve customer service issues.
6. Utilize all available resources, including data, sales portals, and regional support, to enhance customer engagement.
7. Provide educational updates to clients regarding new technologies and laboratory testing.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
9. Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
10. Maintain clear communication with Physician Account Executives and clients.

Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
3-4 years of experience in sales or account management.

Knowledge:
Understanding of the healthcare industry and business economics.

Skills:
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships; excellent planning and organizational capabilities; strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required. This position offers a competitive salary along with commission opportunities.
