Customer Experience Liaison

Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with residents and prospects to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring the customer experience to meet their individual expectations
- Collaborate with the community team to plan and execute events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging
- Ensure that all apartments are ready for viewing and that the community is maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery
