About the Role

Clayton Homes, a leading provider of affordable housing, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions and alternatives to resolve issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer data in a secure and organized manner.
  • Coordinate service requirements of customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Take the initiative to inquire about service requests to ensure one-trip service completion.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination or administration.
  • Proficient in AS-400 and MS Office Products, including Excel.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
