  • Training and Development: Complete and demonstrate proficiency in all company training modules, ensuring effective execution of Standard Work.
  • Guest Escalations: Assist the Store Manager in resolving guest escalations, returns, and discounts.
  • Checkout Processes: Ensure efficient checkout processes, executing cash office procedures to exacting standards.
  • Self-Audit Routine: Establish a self-audit routine to maintain compliance with Asset Protection Audit standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required, with 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.
