- Act as a liaison between established patients and their provider, handling requests related to their care, such as recording information into EMR systems, scheduling appointments, and requesting medication refills.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems
