Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs and delivering outstanding service.

Team Development: Lead and guide a team of insurance professionals, fostering their growth and helping them achieve departmental objectives.

Policy Evaluation: Assess and interpret commercial insurance policies to ensure they align with client specifications and provide sufficient coverage.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks for clients and propose suitable insurance solutions to mitigate those risks.

Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to expand the commercial insurance sector and enhance revenue.


Qualifications

Licensing: A valid MN Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

Experience: Demonstrated success in commercial insurance sales and management roles.

Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and performance enhancement.

Client Focus: A deep commitment to client satisfaction, retention, and relationship cultivation.

Strategic Insight: Capability to devise and implement business strategies aimed at growth and revenue generation.

Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
