PRIMARY ROLE

The Brand and Creative Manager will be an integral part of the Marketing team, supporting all brands under Atmosphere Commercial Interiors. This position will spearhead and implement corporate branding strategies, taking a proactive approach to develop and execute brand initiatives. As a brand leader, you will be responsible for clarifying and communicating brand values, boosting brand visibility on a local and regional scale, and providing strategic direction to the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and success across various regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the formulation and execution of brand strategies to meet business objectives across all brands within Atmosphere Commercial Interiors.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, both internally and externally, establishing clear goals for brand positioning, communication, and a vision for sustainable success.
  • Produce strategic and creative content for brand promotion through visual and written messaging across all markets.
  • Establish a distinctive graphic identity and style for consistent use in all marketing and promotional materials, trade show displays, websites, and multimedia presentations to ensure brand uniformity.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver high-quality client proposals and related branded materials.
  • Develop cohesive graphic standards, visual brand strategies, and messaging templates, style guides, and taglines.
  • Oversee enterprise print materials and assets, including letterhead, logo usage, brochures, and more.
  • Manage media production and vendor relationships for marketing assets such as photography, digital content, video, and other visual communication tools.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and audience alignment in all communications, press releases, storytelling, and internal communications.
  • Promote the adoption of marketing tools, including style guides, templates, digital resources, and event support.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to create executive communication materials as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners to achieve key marketing objectives.
  • This job description reflects the current primary duties of the role; functions may be adjusted as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Depending on skills, experience, and career aspirations, this role may also involve supervising regional Marketing Specialists, including hiring, performance management, and directing work assignments.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Collaborate with the marketing team, shared services, and key stakeholders across all brands to ensure seamless workflow and execution.

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Engage with external partners, key vendors, and outside resources to fulfill responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a closely related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy or brand management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design and branding capabilities.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with content management, marketing databases, and web design.
  • Experience managing social media for a brand and developing brand strategies.
  • Understanding of the commercial furniture and services industry is a plus.
