We are in search of a dynamic Brand and Creative Manager with a robust background in graphic design and brand development. As a pivotal figure in our branding efforts, you will collaborate closely with all brands within our organization. PRIMARY ROLE

The Brand and Creative Manager will be an integral part of the Marketing team, serving all brands under Atmosphere Commercial Interiors. This position will oversee and implement corporate branding strategies, adopting a hands-on approach to develop and execute brand initiatives. As a brand leader, you will clarify and communicate brand values, enhance brand visibility locally and regionally, and provide strategic direction to the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and regional success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the formulation and execution of brand strategies to meet business objectives across all brands.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, establishing clear goals for brand positioning and communication, and envisioning both short and long-term success.
  • Create and promote strategic and creative content through visual and written communication across all markets.
  • Define a distinctive graphic identity to be consistently applied in all marketing materials, trade show displays, websites, and multimedia presentations to ensure brand coherence.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to produce high-quality client proposals and associated branded materials.
  • Develop standardized graphic guidelines, visual brand strategies, and messaging templates.
  • Oversee enterprise print assets and branding materials, ensuring consistent application of logos and other visual elements.
  • Manage media production and vendor relationships for marketing assets, including photography, digital content, video, and other visual communications.
  • Ensure uniform messaging and audience alignment in all communications, press releases, storytelling, and internal messaging.
  • Promote the adoption of marketing tools, such as style guides, templates, and digital resources.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create executive communication materials as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners to achieve key marketing goals.
  • This job description accurately reflects the current primary duties of the role; however, functions may be adjusted as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Depending on skills and experience, this role may also involve supervising regional Marketing Specialists, including hiring, performance management, and task delegation.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Collaborate with the marketing team, shared services, and key stakeholders across all brands to ensure seamless workflow and execution.

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Engage with external partners, key vendors, and resources to fulfill responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy or management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design and branding expertise.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with content management systems, marketing databases, and web design.
  • Familiarity with social media management for brands and brand strategy.
  • Understanding of the commercial furniture and services industry is advantageous.
