About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Experience Specialist to join our team at Hubble Homes, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling warranty concerns and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and Coordinate Warranty Items: Effectively prioritize and coordinate with different teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty concerns.
  • Manage Warranty Costs and Trade Accountability: Manage warranty costs and trade accountability to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of warranty claims.
  • Supervise Corrective Work by Subcontractors: Supervise corrective work by subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction with Warranty Services: Ensure customer satisfaction with warranty services by providing exceptional customer service and resolving warranty concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize Accounts Management Tools for Expense Tracking: Utilize accounts management tools for expense tracking and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient management of warranty costs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Customer Service or Construction Experience: A minimum of 5 years of customer service or construction experience is required for this role.
  • Experience in Home Warranty Preferred: Experience in home warranty is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication and Multitasking Skills: Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
  • Customer-Facing Role Experience with High Satisfaction Metrics: Customer-facing role experience with high satisfaction metrics is required for this role.
