Job Summary

Paylocity is a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, offering a comprehensive platform for the modern workforce. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Implementation Consultant to join our team and support our small business clients in configuring their applications effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate client calls and provide a positive client experience
  • Configure client applications and educate them on how to navigate Paylocity's suite of applications to efficiently process payroll
  • Collaborate internally with clients and other Paylocity partners as needed
  • Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy of all work
  • Responsible for a seamless onboarding experience for our small business clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum one year demonstrated customer or client service experience
  • Customer service focused with the ability to develop strong and trusted relationships
  • Intermediate Computer skills: ability to effortlessly maneuver multiple screens/tabs and databases
  • Familiarity and comfort with web-based applications
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel
  • Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and provide quick resolution utilizing Paylocity resources
