Position Overview

Staff My Agency is looking for a dedicated professional to become part of our successful team in the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. An active Property and Casualty license is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients. This includes addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about various insurance solutions.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic with unwavering commitment to success on a daily basis.
