Job Summary

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing large and complex projects, managing a team of electricians, and ensuring that projects are completed within specific guidelines, including quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and direct electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of electricians, providing on-site direction and leadership to ensure project completion.
  • Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet code standards and quality requirements.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Material Management: Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop new team members and apprentices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Electrical Foreman must have:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Experience in electrical construction and project management.
