Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire and manage business client relationships, focusing on commercial and industrial clients
* Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
* Assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers and recommend credit transactions
* Own loan portfolios from inception to performance, ensuring compliance with financial covenants
* Market and originate high-quality loans, balancing business growth with risk management
* Provide exceptional customer service and relationship maintenance

Requirements:

* 5+ years of commercial banking experience with proven credit skills
* Excellent business development and marketing skills
* Relationship sales experience in a commercial banking environment
* Expert knowledge of credit facilities, underwriting, and loan portfolio management
* Extraordinary customer service skills
* Experience in understanding the financial needs of commercial clients
* A working knowledge of the local markets and top centers of influence

Mission Critical Objectives:

* Identify and acquire C&I clients and upper-tier, high net-worth individuals
* Develop a robust deposit portfolio
* Grow new non-interest bearing deposits by at least $5MM within the first 12 months
* Cross-sell the Bank's offerings

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000
