We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at CTBC Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for generating revenue by establishing a center of influence for new referrals and participating in community events.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development (75%)
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and generate new Commercial & Industrial & Commercial Real Estate loan relationships, resulting in new fee income for the bank.
- Generate new business and consumer deposits for the bank.
- Portfolio Management and Expanding Portfolio (15%)
- Oversee the profitability, quality, and growth of the portfolio.
- Manage and grow existing customers by increasing the use of lending products and cross-selling non-lending products and services.
- Collaborate with the credit team to identify and resolve credit issues and covenant non-compliance.
- Servicing (10%)
- Maintain superior and courteous service to promote products and expand customer relationships.
- Negotiate terms of lending agreements with customers and prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a business-related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing and building business relationships in the C&I field.
- Strong influencing, financial statement reviews, sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Credit background to critically review, analyze, and structure commercial loans, cross-sell bank products, and attract new business.
- Familiarity with the C&I market, all applicable State and Federal regulations, business projects.
- CFA or related certification is preferred.
- Standard office environment.
- Travel is required.
The base pay range for this position is USD $115,000.00/Yr. - USD $145,000.00/Yr plus full benefits.
