  • Commercial Lending: Originate and service a wide variety of commercial loans, including term loans, lines of credit, and other credit facilities.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment on potential clients and transactions, ensuring that all lending decisions are sound and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring that all loans are performing in accordance with their terms and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products and services to our commercial clients, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, and risk management; strong business development and sales skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
