About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Relationships: Identify, develop, and build profitable relationships with prospects and customers consistent with the objectives of the bank.
  • Credit Analysis and Risk Management: Actively work with customers and develop prospects consistent with the credit culture of the bank. Exercise sound credit and risk judgement in approving transactions.
  • Product Solutions and Sales: Present a variety of product solutions to client needs and provide responsive, quality service.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk, and be responsible for profitable growth of the portfolio assigned.
  • Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional client service and support, and work with other Bank departments as necessary to resolve client needs and internal issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze relationship results and account activities, and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of lending experience required, and minimum 5 years of credit experience required.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Good understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment, good knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, and bank operations policies and procedures.
What We Offer

City National Bank offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $122,535 - $208,715 per year, and eligibility for bonus and/or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a range of perks and incentives.
