Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial and corporate banking, with a strong track record of business development and relationship management.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, sales referral process development, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive results in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
