Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Contact Center Agent to become a vital part of our organization.
As a Contact Center Agent at Salud, you will play a crucial role similar to that of a Call Center representative. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, coordinating appointment scheduling, and directing inquiries to the relevant departments or personnel. Our Contact Center Agents are expected to approach their duties with a team-oriented mindset, supporting patients and their families in self-management and behavior modification while upholding the core values of the SALUD mission.
What We Offer:- Competitive Hourly Rate: $19 to $21 per hour
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, available from 8 am to 5 pm

Qualifications:Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of one year in a general office or call center environment required.
Licensure/Certification:
No specific licensure or certification is required for hiring; however, Contact Center Agents must achieve credentialing through the Salud Career Ladders program within the designated timeframe.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to assess emergency situations and respond appropriately.
- Awareness and sensitivity towards underserved and ethnic minority communities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
