Summary of the Role:

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for delivering exceptional service while processing financial transactions at branch locations. Representatives engage with FNBO customers with a friendly, positive demeanor; taking pride in their work and adhering to a common set of values outlined in the FNBO Operating Philosophy.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will gain insight into the expansive world of finance and banking. Our ideal candidate actively seeks opportunities to exceed customer expectations. Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Excellent interpersonal communication skills Commitment to meeting the financial needs of our customers and community Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds Previous experience in cash handling Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative Demonstrated customer service skills Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $34,328.00-$51,492.00

Final compensation offer may vary based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
