Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications for Customer Service Representatives:

High school diploma or GED Strong interpersonal communication abilities Commitment to meeting the financial needs of our clients and community Capability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Previous experience in cash handling Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative Demonstrated customer service proficiency Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $34,328.00-$51,492.00

Final compensation offers may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
