Job Description

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large community group Oncology practices, academic and integrative delivery systems, and other customer groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide exceptional leadership and coaching to oncology specialists to support the launch of Telisotuzumab Vedotin (Teliso-V) in lung cancer
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs and other account-based decision-makers
  • Identify and develop clinical advocates to leverage their expertise within institutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or other advanced degrees are required
  • At least five years of pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience with documented success
  • Previous Account Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare Management, landscape, and compliance
  • High level of written, verbal and virtual communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in thoracic oncology
  • People leadership experience
  • Background selling a companion diagnostic or oncology testing
  • EMR knowledge
